A day with nothing...

to do!!!

Yesterday was the first softball practice of the season for both girls. The weather was cold and windy. There was even some light drizzle during Emily's practice.

After practices we went to church and to Skyline for dinner. When we arrived back home, the girls played outside for a bit.

Going to church on Saturday only meant one thing. There was no reason for us to leave the house on Sunday!!!

The weather today was rainy and cold so it was a perfect day to stay inside and clean. I did several loads of laundry, scrubbed the shower, cleaned the kitchen floor and baked these...
You can't see it but I made the icing out of confectioner's sugar, milk, and vanilla. I drizzled it on top.

This one is Megan's. She doesn't like sprinkles!

The reviews are in, the cake is good and Megan wants one just like this for her birthday!!!
