Today I was able to go on a field trip with Megan's class! We went to
Carillon Historical Park!
Carillon Historical Park houses so many neat things! The original Wright Flyer III, the first automobile self-starter, the 1855 B&O (Grasshopper) steam locomotive, TWO of the original bicycles made by the Wright Brothers (only 5 left in existance).
The Dayton area is home to inventions such as the cash register, the automobile self starter, and of course the first airplane!
